I help companies to create products people will enjoy to use. Aside of Product Design, I'm also a User Experience Designer and I code something from time to time.

Product Designer
Kalkulátor.cz is a new startup that aims to disrupt the world of online comparison services (starting with energy and insurance products). Joining the team at the very beginning, I have been responsible for designing the full website from scratch, bringing up some new-to-market solutions, trying to keep the full experience as simple and easy to use as possible (evolving it based on the usage data). Aside from that, I have been responsible for overseeing (and co-creating) the UI and for the handoff to the developing team.

User Experience Consultant
Patron dětí is a project aimed to help children and their parents by allowing them to raise money for anything they need in a kickstarter-like fashion. The project has been designed to help disadvantaged children and parents who have found themselves in difficulties for any reason by raising money for them. After the departure of the previous product designer, I have been helping the project to be more user-friendly and evolving it with new features and experiences.

DMSi Software is the leading accounting and inventory software for lumber and material industry. During my internship in the UX department, I was responsible primarily for creating the first design system draft, mapping their MS Windows-based software for a transition into cloud, and UI and icon design.

Jacht is a student-run marketing agency by the University of Lincoln, Nebraska. Being part of small teams, I am the Project Manager of several advertising campaigns, making sure the campaigns respect the brief, are relevant and are executed on time, utilising my skills from my previous experiences.

What essentially started as a short-term tester position has gradually evolved into a great experience. During my time at UPC I have been responsible for a range of projects for the Sales department, evolving the User Experience of the systems, the internal processes and apps. My final project was an expansion of a crucial app to UPC Slovakia, consisting of changing the whole set of processes there, but also of evolving the system in terms of better User Experience and usability for both countries, enjoying working with software like Sketch, Invision and other.
Aside of that I have also taken a number of opportunities to learn from and help in other departments, copywriting for both the Czech and English version of the upc.cz website and much more.

Editor, Editor in Chief

Markething.cz is the biggest Czech student medium, created exclusively by students and teachers of Marketing Communication and PR on the Charles University in Prague.
I started writing for Markething in November 2013 with my first article about Loyalty schemes in retail. After keeping publishing, I was appointed as an Editor in September 2014, and just two months later, I was chosen to be the Editor in Chief, resigning in September 2015 because of moving abroad for my Erasmus + course.
During my time as Editor in Chief, Marketing.cz won a prize in the official Czech PR Awards, wemanaged to retain its position on the market, its Facebook profile became the most-liked between all Czech and Slovak marketing-related media, and it became the only Czech medium to be partnered with all major marketing-related conferences in the country.

Presentation Development

During my time in odprezentuj.cz, I was responsible for creating professional presentations for mostly business clients, gaining many skills in both preparation and creation of mainly PowerPoint presentations.
My other responsibilities included managing company's profiles on social networks and also writing articles to professional blog delivering ideas on how to improve reader's presentations.
